Breevix & Marco Bezzecchi: The American Dream
March 2026

"Fatevi suonare nella testa questo nome, quando vi svegliate che vince Kimi Antonelli e aspettate la notte di Sinner. Ricordatevi che nel mezzo, c'è questo ragazzo romagnolo di Rimini, che con una moto veneta, fa miracoli. È una meraviglia. Simply The Bez."
Guido Meda, live from Austin.
Austin, Circuit of the Americas. The first race Marco Bezzecchi wore Breevix. The first win for Breevix in MotoGP.
It wasn't unveiled. It was worn, then it won.
The Bez
Marco Bezzecchi, born in Rimini in 1998, came up through the VR46 Academy, founded by Valentino Rossi. He took his first MotoGP win at the 2023 Argentine Grand Prix, finished third in the championship that same year, and joined the factory Aprilia Racing team in 2025.
The Switch
Marco Bezzecchi arrived in Austin already unbeaten through the first two rounds of the 2026 season. What followed belonged to a different category entirely: pole to flag, every one of the 20 laps at the front, a lead that only grew as the race wore on.
Before Austin, Bezzecchi had raced with traditional strips, the kind most riders default to without a second thought. Breevix was the first change he made. Austin was the first time it was tested where it counts.

The Weekend
Bezzecchi qualified second on Saturday, two tenths off pole, before a two-place grid penalty for impeding a rival dropped him to fourth for Sunday. The sprint race went worse: leading and chasing down the race winner, he crashed out at Turn 11 with laps to go, handing the position back and finishing the day without sprint points.
Sunday told a different story.
Marco Bezzecchi passed early leader Pedro Acosta on the opening lap. From there, he led every single lap of the race, 20 in total, crossing the line 2.036 seconds ahead of teammate Jorge Martin in an Aprilia one-two. Pedro Acosta completed the podium in third.
The result marked Bezzecchi's fifth consecutive Grand Prix win, a feat unmatched in the modern era, and returned him to the lead of the 2026 championship standings.

What Bezzecchi wore that weekend is Breathing Strips Pro, the same version available to everyone. Same hold, same standard, tested at Austin and every race since.
What's next?
Three rounds in, the season is off to a strong start, but nowhere near decided. What's ahead will bring its share of highs and lows, twenty-two rounds rarely go any other way. One thing is certain: the rider trained at the VR46 Riders Academy is far from done.
Austin wasn't a one-off. We've been on the grid with him ever since.
Simply the Bez.
