SHIPPING POLICY

At BREEVIX, we aim to ensure that every order is prepared and delivered with care.
SHIPPING ORIGIN
Orders delivered within Switzerland and Liechtenstein are shipped from Switzerland.
All other international orders are shipped from within the European Union.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days following confirmation.
Please note that processing times may vary slightly during periods of higher demand, public holidays, or exceptional circumstances.
DELIVERY
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, local carrier operations, customs procedures, and seasonal demand.
Estimated delivery windows may be communicated at checkout or in other areas of the website, but all delivery times remain indicative and are not guaranteed.
TRACKING
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORTS
For international orders, additional customs duties or import taxes should not normally apply. Orders shipped outside Switzerland are fulfilled from within the European Union, and given the relatively low value of most shipments, extra import charges are generally not expected.
That said, customs practices may vary by country and remain at the discretion of local authorities, which means this cannot be guaranteed in every case.
RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
If a package appears to be returning to sender, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible.
If the shipment is still within the destination country, it may in some cases still be possible to stop the return by contacting the local postal service directly. Once the parcel has completed its return, the available options may be more limited.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates, where applicable, are displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
