REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. If applicable, a return shipping label may be provided at our discretion.
If your country of residence is outside Switzerland, return shipping times may be longer.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and work to resolve it appropriately.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- personalized or custom-made products
- gift cards
- sale items, where stated as non-returnable
- personal care goods, where return is not appropriate for hygiene reasons
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend first contacting us at contact@breevix.com. If an exchange is approved, we will advise you on the next steps. In some cases, the quickest way to obtain a different item may be to return the original item and place a new order separately.
EUROPEAN UNION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable law.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
This right does not apply to items that are excluded from return under applicable law, including certain personalized goods or sealed products not suitable for return once opened for hygiene reasons.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Unless the return is due to an error on our side, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the issue resulted from our error.
